I believe that the stability of Brazil in the future us fairly bright, and full of strengths and opportunity. One of the big strength is that Brazil has a common language, so common in fact that 99% of the population speaks the language of Portugueses. This common factor among Brazilians helps massively with creating one unified population. Along with that Brazil is a federal state which means they have broken down governance to smaller "states" that help govern themselves along with a main central government. Brazil also benefits from multiple Supernational Organizations which helps to capitalize even further from what they started off with. Brazil was a original member of the World Trade Organization in 1995 allowing them access to a massive market right from the beginning of its existence. Brazil is also in the United Nations allowing help and solutions from the rest of the world to help Brazil whenever needed.
On the other hand Brazil has had a few problems regarding its stability. One instance that caused mass instability was corruption. Brazil has had numerous accounts of corruption and doesn’t rank well in the World Corruption Index. Another destabilizing factor is cold war like threats reemerging causing states to pick sides. Overall the Long-term stability of Brazil seems to be in the right path even with decent corruption and other negative factors, I say this because of the unity of the Brazilians and the Super national Organizations along with the type of government they have.
